Spacious room with high ceilings and a charming view of the Opera House. The hotel feels a bit outdated in decor.

the old charm of the past best years of this great venerable hotel could be felt and breathed in all rooms. Pure nostalgia and this in the best location directly at the park.

Classic hotel from the Belle Epoque for a traditional Vichy stay; central location next to the spa gardens; with luck, view of the Palais des congres. Large rooms with somewhat antiquated furnishings, but this adds to the ambience.

Breakfast is too expensive.

My spacious room came with high ceilings and historical charm, offering a good view across to the Opera House and a lovely park. The location was perfect for exploring Vichy.

Some aspects felt outdated.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet.

The bathroom is a bit old.

On arrival we first put the suitcases in the room and then went for a beer. On our return we noticed that this was the wrong room. But our magnetic cards did not work for the wrong room (our luggage was in there) nor for the right room. I've never seen anything like it.

Stepping into the grand lobby was like a step back in time, with its fine Belle Époque architecture. My spacious room offered a lovely view of the Opera House and was perfect for relaxation.

I found some areas needing attention, like the faded curtains and carpet stains. While the experience was nostalgic, a few updates could enhance its former glory.

Old Grande Hotel which needs a general renovation. 4 stars are not justified in the current state.

The hotel's interior and exterior appearance is nice and the hotel staff is kind and competent. Our room was very quiet (double door, quiet street). A good quality-price ratio.

The furniture in our room was OK but could be improved, e.g. the lights.

The Hotel Aletti Palace offers a enchanting experience. The high ceilings create an expansive feel while the retro bar adds to the nostalgic ambiance. A wonderful location to experience Vichy!

Overall it is a charming old and newly remodelled hotel and we loved the stay, the location was amazing easy to access motorways. Outstandingly friendly staff, they know their business. The breakfast is rich and excellent, includes variety of meals. It offers friendly services. Furthermore, guests can use parking outside the venue...

The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the opera house and good parks. I enjoyed the spacious room with high ceilings and a lovely balcony view. The bar exuded a cozy atmosphere, ideal for unwinding with a drink after exploring the city. The staff at the reception were very helpful.

Some decor elements felt outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall impression.

Some decor elements felt faded, such as the curtains and wallpaper, which detracted from the charm of the experience. The bar area provided a cozy atmosphere, though it seemed the amenities could use additional updates to enhance overall convenience.
